Once your order is processed and shipped, expected delivery is 3-5 business days for US and Canadian orders, and 10-20 business days for International orders. Shipping charges are calculated by the online ordering system and are included in your total purchase amount. Prima Labs reserves the right to adjust International shipping charges as needed depending on weight of shipment. Shipping charges incurred are non-refundable.
